Can my clients see VillageHosting branding?
No. With white-label nameservers and WHM branding, clients see only your company. cPanel shows your logo. Emails come from your domain. Our name never appears.
How do I provision a new client account?
Through WHM, instantly. Set the plan limits (disk, bandwidth, email, databases), click Create Account, and the client gets a cPanel login. With WHMCS, this can be fully automated — client pays, account appears.
What happens if a client goes viral and uses too much CPU?
On CloudLinux (Reseller Pro and Max), each account is isolated. A viral client is throttled by the kernel but cannot impact others. We alert you when any account approaches its limits so you can upgrade them.
Can I host my own site on the reseller account?
Yes. Your main domain is provisioned as the "root" cPanel account. Resell to clients and run your own site from the same account.
Do you offer domain reselling?
